וַיֹּ֨אמֶר דָּוִ֤ד אֶל־אֲבִישַׁי֙ וְאֶל־כָּל־עֲבָדָ֔יו הִנֵּ֥ה בְנִ֛י אֲשֶׁר־יָצָ֥א מִמֵּעַ֖י מְבַקֵּ֣שׁ אֶת־נַפְשִׁ֑י וְאַ֨ף כִּֽי־עַתָּ֜ה בֶּן־הַיְמִינִ֗י הַנִּ֤חוּ לוֹ֙ וִֽיקַלֵּ֔ל כִּ֥י אָֽמַר־ל֖וֹ יְהוָֽה׃
Und David sprach zu Abischai und zu allen seinen Knechten: 'Siehe, mein Sohn, der aus meinem Körper hervorgegangen ist, sucht mein Leben; wie viel mehr dieser Benjamite jetzt? lass ihn in Ruhe und lass ihn fluchen; denn der HERR hat ihn geboten.
